Whether you want your 4-month-old to get off on the right foot with sleep, or you’re navigating regressions with a toddler, each package is designed to meet your child exactly where they are, and gently guide them toward deeper, more dependable sleep.
I offer full packages, a Sleep Reset Night, and individual shifts.
All packages include:

Not ready for a full package? Start here. Get immediate relief tonight, and a clear plan you can follow tomorrow. This includes one overnight sleep training shift up to 12 hours, and a full sleep consultation in order to strategize your next steps once I’m gone. This reset is for babies 4 months and up. Packages can be booked following this reset night if you choose, and the cost will be credited towards any package.

Individual overnight shifts are available for families who need flexible, occasional newborn care without booking a full support package. This option is ideal for parents who need a night of rest, help during a difficult week, coverage between longer-term support, or extra hands during the early newborn stage.
Overnight care may include feeding support, soothing, diaper changes, bottle washing, baby laundry, and general newborn care throughout the night so parents can rest as much as possible.

If you’re working on sleep with two children at once, for example, a baby and a toddler, I offer a sibling upgrade. I sleep train both together, so by the end, everyone is sleeping through the night. A common frustration I see is: you finally get the toddler sleeping, but you’re still waking up for the baby, or vice versa. When this happens, parents aren’t getting true relief. The sibling upgrade addresses the whole household’s sleep at the same time. We coordinate schedules and responses so you’re not graduating from one sleep project, only to head straight into the next one.
Full sleep training packages are currently booked until mid-October 2026, but I may still be able to support your family before then. I have limited availability for in-person sleep training and can create a customized plan that combines consultations with hands-on support as needed.
