What I Do
I provide dedicated overnight, in-home sleep support to help families confidently establish healthy sleep habits from the start.
Over the course of two weeks, I come to your home each night to guide your baby through consistent, developmentally-appropriate sleep foundations while giving you the rest and reassurance you need. With a blend of hands-on care, individualized routines, and real-time adjustments, I help your baby settle into restful rhythms, and help you wake up to calmer, more predictable days.
My support includes:
Two-week overnight sleep support (I arrive evenings and leave in the morning)
Personalized sleep evaluation and customized sleep plan
Sleep shaping and overnight care
Consistent routines that support independent sleep skills
Real-time adjustments based on your baby’s cues and progress
Parent coaching, education, and daily updates
Post-program transition plan to maintain lasting progress
